Masterful!! One of the best books I've read, full of jokes and humor, witty writing, excellently developed characters, as well as intriguing and seemingly-organic alien anthropology. The queer stuff here and there was definitely a plus too. This book checked so many of my "Ideal Sci-Fi" boxes and I can't wait to read the sequel, "A Close and Common Orbit." 10/10 re-read value!
