In Cape Cod in 1968 and '69, a serial killer from the hippie scene is discovered. This is a fascinating look into a charismatic mad man but also a fabulous rendering of that tumultuous time in our country. Residing in the same town as the serial killer were Kurt Vonnegut and Norman Mailer, whose dramas play out along side the killer's, and sometimes overlap. I could not put this down. Recommended for all true crime lovers!!
