I'm trying to read through some authors that are going to be at LIT in a few months and I really want the special edition covers for these books that the author has listed, but I needed to read them before sinking the money into them. Anyway, this one is a hockey romance and actually has a lot of hockey content here. I really liked the banter and tension that was in here. But once they started coming together I kind of missed the tension and wished that we had some of that back. The ending also left me kind of wanting more too. It just felt like the steam took over a bit too much for me in here. I'm still curious about the other two books though because we met the FMCs in this first book, and I need to know more about his sister!
