I thought this book was rather lovely. I absolutely loved the first book-this second one felt right. When someone goes through heartbreak (especially due to someone else dying), they become someone new. I thought the author did a fantastic job demonstration how Clark went through her grief. While this book wasn’t passionate, I felt that it was as it should be after Wills death.
I loved Lily and her character. I think it was really great for Clark and the rest of Wills family to experience her. I love Sams character, but I think he’s too good for Clark. And I hate that they are in a relationship.
Graphic: Blood, Grief, Sexual harassment, and Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Adult/minor relationship, Child abuse, Drug use, Stalking, Death of parent, Toxic friendship, and Sexual harassment
