This was cute. Second chances and personal growth while throwing yourself a giant extravagant party? I'm here for it. The last minute wrench the author threw into the couple's plans felt forced though.

🌶️ 1/5 Lots of attraction/tension but only a couple kisses on page.
🏳️🌈✊ Both MCs are Latine and FMC's family (mostly Argentinean) make up most of the side characters. There were at least two same sex couples in the extended family. It also shows more socially conservative families/society as this all takes place in a town in Utah. There's intentionally/explicitly no author judgment in either direction about Mormonism.
