This book took me by surprise in terms of the type of alien being that Daemon and Dee are. It was slightly predictable in terms of certain parts but I was okay with that just because of the uniqueness of this book and the way the author really did incorporate multiple emotions into them as well as having an easy to follow term of the rules of their people.
