SOME SPOILERS AHEAD!
Now... how I came across this? Idk. But I thank whoever brought this to my attention. Dr. Jemma Holiday is having marital problems but is killing it professionally being a higher education professional at a university. She is interviewing new Deans and meets Dr. Ezekiel Green. Automatically, there is a connection. Ezekiel was not first in line to get the position, but he does end up getting it. Throughout the story we see both Ezekial and Jemma trying to keep things platonic but ish hits the fan when extramarital affairs by the Jemma's husband, head coach for the track team, during the university's dinner. And we go from there. We see this connection grow into a healthy relationship and we love to see it. And we ask ourselves, when is enough, enough in a marriage? When do you decide to choose you when things are not healthy? How do you forgive and move on?
