This book was amazing. I have trouble finding Australian Authors to read that I think I would enjoy, so this book was refreshing. Marlowe, a journalist is our MC. She uncovers her friend's body in a stable, which of course is shocking in itself, but then she notices the markings on her friend's back. After taking photos, then was told to keep quiet by her cop Father, and given information that Lily herself left behind. Marlowe works to uncover the shocking secret that her small town is hiding.
