I red it in English and I'm not a native speaker. Sometimes it was a bit hard to read and I didn't understand everything that was written. So some passages were a bit straining for me even tho I would say my English is quite well.
But still the story and worldbuilding was very interesting and kept me reading. You gain different perspectives into the system because there are several main character that serve as an anchor point for the story.
It's not the grim type of dystopia, it's more absurd
