“Don’t tell me I have a bad influence on you, Professor.”
“How would you like me to lie down for you, Professor? You have permission to touch me.”
“You want to dance with the Devil? Then let’s dance, little nymph.”
Well-written and an amazing continuation of the first book in the series, Bloody Fingers & Red Lipstick.
I loved Daisy as a character from the first pages. She knew what she wanted and wasn’t afraid to get it.
Lester was a really interesting character, and I loved how sweet he was towards Daisy. The flashback scenes added depth to him as a character.
The relationship between Daisy and Lester was so well-written. I loved the slow burn and forbidden love elements—they really were a perfect match for each other. I enjoyed the jumps between timelines and how they revealed aspects of both their pasts.
It was great to see Dubh and Lucy from BF&RL again. I really enjoyed their story, and it was wonderful to see them together as parents. Dubh is such a sweetheart in his own dark and twisted way.
The storyline kept me hooked from beginning to end, and I couldn’t put the book down. The plot twist towards the end was something I didn’t see coming.
I can’t wait to read more!

I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. Receiving ARC didn’t affect my opinion of the book.
