This book did not go where I thought it was going to go, which I absolutely loved! It was filled with dark romance, jealous boyfriends, and some badass women. The book also progressed so "naturally". And by that I mean, it felt like this is how real people would evolve in this story rather than being a "picture perfect" romance where nothing could ever go wrong. I also liked how more of her past started coming up but in a way that felt in pace with the story and not forced or overly hidden.
