Very annoyed with the title. This has nothing in it that is mexican gothic at all… it was simply set in mexico and had spanish words sprinkled here and there but it took place in an english mansion with english people who are invested in eugenics and explicitly say they must speak english…. And she decided to name it mexican gothic..?

Once the story got going it was better but very meh all around. It felt like one of those cookie cutter netflix horror flicks that are released every 4 months.
