Y’all already know I’m a pretty big Emily Henry fan and this book is no exception. However, this book is her least romance-forward book. Instead focusing on the coming of age period between your 20’s and 30’s. It touches on subjects like isolation, keeping long-term friendships, and the harm of pleasing people. Although for my romance fans, there is still a lovely and heartwarming second-chance romance for you. This was a bit of a detour from the average Emily Henry book, but I loved it all the same.
