Third Girl by Agatha Christie

3.0

I thought this was one of the best plots - in terms of Christie twists - that I’ve read recently. However, I did struggle getting through it - it put me in a slump. I’m glad to be finished, I just do believe it was rather tedious AT TIMES. It was enjoyable, and maybe if I was on a hot streak with books it would’ve been easier, but I wasn’t in love with it - and I wouldn’t recommend to others unless they enjoyed Poirot. Good read, but was definitely Christie wanting to work in the abstract, meta, character focussed field rather than suspense. Probably would rate it a 2 out of AC books but a Christie 2 is for most books a 3.5 at the very least
