A true classic—this is the best book I have read in a long time. I’ve read many others of C.S. Lewis’ books but had not read Till We Have Faces. It is a beautifully written piece of work. It began slow, building up the story, but about halfway through, I could not put it down. It took me weeks to read the first half and only days to read the second half. I am rarely brought to tears by a book, but the last chapter was deeply moving. This tale has incredibly depth and will leave you with much to ponder.
