This is probably my favorite of the Bridgerton books. I do wish there wasn’t so much back and forth between Francesca and Michael and that they had talked to each other about the guilt they both felt about John prior to getting married, but it was interesting to read a romance where the couple weren’t necessarily courting each other. Also what happens to women whenever their husbands die during the regency era.
