This book was bad. I only listened to the audiobook to get through it quicker. Practically all of the romance was just smut (I had to skip). Violet is unbearable and Xaden is 2D now, his only personality trait being he’s in love with the MC. The story is at times boring and the entire book was drawn out (too long)… What else is there to say? I just wanted it to be over and now that it is I can’t say I’m looking forward to the third much… I can only hope it’ll be as good as the first book!
