I backed this on kickstarter last year and am so glad I did honestly. Within 2 pages I had snorted peas up my nose and it just went on from there.

I do have to quibble with the title: there are a number of skills that are assumed (basically everything to do with hunting, for example) such that if I was dropped, say, 4 mya and had no humans to talk to I would find it hard going. That aside, any time after the development of modern humans this is a very solid resource for how to get them up to speed in only a couple generations.
