If you're looking for a book that will pull you out of a reading slump, this is it. This book is nothing short of a thrilling ride!
The beginning had a familiar feel reminiscent of 'The Purge,' but the story quickly took on a life of its own.
The FMC, Catalina, caught my attention right away. A woman who made a living by digging graves is not something you come across often. The story had just the right amount of spice, and the masked men added an air of mystery that kept me on the edge of my seat.
The pacing was fast, but the character development and plot were just right, not too rushed. Although it could use some editing, it's still an enjoyable read.
