Solid read. Amy is a great protag. Strong romance without simpering fools. Jonathan works as a rebel in conjunction with little sister Cassandra. Deep family ties.

Love the role reversal and upside down gender roles. Very well-developed world building. Great teaser for the series. Miranda reminds me of Devil Wears Prada meets Angela Merkel. The women are very practical as politicians and people savvy.
