I really enjoyed reading aloud this book to my 11-yr-old daughter. She was more excited over this book than any of the previous books we’ve read. She is a difficult one to find stories for that she truly enjoys. Despite some of the wordiness of the chapters and the Yorkshire pronunciations, it succeeded in keeping her attention throughout, which is no easy task. Her only complaint was it ended too soon.
