Girl, Missing by Dreda Say Mitchell, Ryan Carter

4.0

This is my 2nd book of Dreda & Ryan’s and it definitely didn’t disappoint! This was a gripping thriller with so many twists and turns it had me dizzy. I really enjoyed the dual timelines of the present time and 15 years ago when Gems daughter first vanished, it helped to building a picture of what really happened. I also found it really fast paced and easy to read, especially with the short chapters. I really didn’t want to put the book down!

I did guess part of one of the twists, but nothing prepared me for some of the other twists.. especially the final one!! Completely shocked!

Overall, this was a really enjoyable, twisty and dark read, and I think it definitely deserves more hype! I recommend to everyone who loves a good psychological thriller!
