Uncertain Harvest: The Future of Food on a Warming Planet by Evan D G Fraser, Ian Mosby, Sarah Rotz

challenging informative reflective sad fast-paced

3.75

This was a well-researched, accessible, far-reaching exploration of the future of food and agricultural industries primarily in North America. Parts of it were immensely fascinating, and parts were unbelievably gross (especially for a long-term vegetarian). Ultimately, though, I thought I would be significantly more drawn into this incisive look at food and farming, but I think it was honestly just a bit too science academic for me.
