Okay, I was very invested in this book and I enjoyed the majority of it. But there were a few things that I didn't like. For example, I hated how after almost every chapter, either Dean or Solange would mention how wrong they are for each other and how they can't have a real relationship. It was so annoying. Another one, some of the spicy scenes were...not my favorite. I didn't like their "dirty" talk. It made me cringe. Okay, now let's talk about the things I liked. I really loved Dean as a love interest. He was so mature and respectful. The way he always made sure Solange was comfortable and happy was great. Also his little speach defending the tias and Solange was amazing. This man stood up for his woman and her family. I swooned. Also, he's just such a genuinely good man. Solange struck gold with him, wow. Another thing, all the women in this book are completely fantastic. I shouldn't have to mention that cause it's so obvious, but I felt like I should anyway. Overall, I liked this book a lot, but I can't see myself reading it again.
