This is an astounding work of fantasy. It’s been a while since I’ve felt wholly transported to a world, and this one really delivered a living, breathing place to live in. The story and world-building is complex but not confusing, the characters just leap off the page, and it was so fun from beginning to end. It’s definitely YA but the themes and craft are so well done I believe just about anyone would enjoy it. Simply amazing I loved this so much!
