Stephanie Archer does it again! I loved this book and the characters were so loveable. Pippa is recently heartbroken and begins working as an assistant for none other than hot badass hockey player Jamie. The book bases itself as a grumpy-sunshine romance but includes the trope of fake dating, without making it the main attraction. Archer does an fantastic job empowering the characters, not based solely on their trauma and past, but allowing room for tons of character growth which I always enjoy reading as it allows me to connect with the characters on a personal level. I’m looking forward to more books in the Vancouver storm series!
