Loved the book and the message about mens mental health. People always think that a man is not suppose to break but they have feelings too. They are allowed to break and cry aint nothing wrong or less manly about that...... That is one way to find out your only a couple of hours Husband is cheating on you. Even though i didn't want to see Sofia in pain he didn't deserve her and glad his ex best friend spilled the beans. But Jaxs and her first night together 🥵🥵🥵.  Even though he misses the first year of his baby girl and not begin there for Sofia during her pregnancy i think he handled it well when Sofia finally told him. But it did add to his mental without either of realizing it. As a mother of three boys i hope i showed my boys that it is ok to show your feelings not just because you cry doesn't mean you aint manly. I know Jax wasn't in the right place when he met Sofia and he did what he thought helped him forget. But after he thought he had cheated on Sofia and he wouldn't get his family back. The black hole he went into is so scary to know that alot of men out there don't want to let their feels out for either not having someone to vent to or thinking the world is better without them is scary. He though Sofia had to do something so drastic to show him he isn't alone im happy she go through to him. Loved Jaxed and Sofia and their little family they got their happy ever after and Jax is getting the help he needs. Hated Anna at first i thought she was a good friend but right away i could tell something was wrong with her.
