this was an absolutely fascinating read about the disaster that befell multiple groups of climbers on Mt Everest in 1996. its extremely engaging, shocking, and i really appreciate Krakauer admitting his own faults in it all over the course of his expedition with his team. am now officially interested in other nonfiction works by Krakauer!
