“I’ve sold my soul to the devil, and now I’m his watcher.”
“The Exodus sends their regards.”
“Call me your Karma.”

Short and spicy novella with a secret society, a masked MMC, and a vengeful FMC.

This was a wild ride in the best way possible. Even though the book was short, there was a lot happening, and it didn’t feel rushed at all.

I loved the dynamic and the enemies-to-lovers aspect between the FMC and the MMC. They were both crazy and unhinged in their own ways, but they were a good match. I enjoyed the constant power shifts between them. Also, the spice mixed with the FMC's “stabby nature” was great.

And, of course, I loved Petey. He was adorable and brought a lot to Knox as a character. He helped to show more of Knox’s softer side.

I really enjoyed this book and would love to read more about this couple!
