Mind you, that was just the first sentence in the book! I enjoyed Chrissy’s interactions with the sexually fluid star players (Blessing, Emery “Ox”, Thaxton “Little Foot”) who all seemed down bad for her. Hedonistic activities with a plot. This was a little too out there for me though, and I kept getting confused about who was who when their names and nicknames were used interchangeably throughout the entire book.
