I think the plot, and the characters and honestly all of it was pretty good. There was a lot of potential there, I think the writing left a little to be desired. But like I said, it was good if you over looked all that! I thought the romance could have been developed a bit more. More slow burn and build up would have made this girl happy. But i digress. I did enjoy the novel. I just thought it could have used some finetuning.

Kitsune shifter surprise.
I wasn't familiar with Kitsune lore (shame on me- and i'm supposed to be a shifter fan!) but it was VERY cool! As was my deep dive into wikipedia about it after I finished the book.
