Honestly, wow. What a redemption arc. I’m pretty sure I had chest pain the entire time reading this book because of Marie. There are so many “tropes” that exist in this story that I really do not enjoy. HOWEVER, it was a well-written book, developed story, and I didn’t want to DNF despite being so mad at the characters.

I think someone who forgive easily wont have a tough time with this book.
