It's been I think a month since I've read this, it could've been more. Idk, my time awareness is literally nonexistent😂
But I can fondly remember, that when I read this, it was a really insightful, informative and also emotional read. Pete Wharmby writes about the struggles of autistic people in a world that is designed for allistic people, borrowing from his own experiences to portray just how widespread this problem of ableism towards autism is spread.
In my opinion, this book should be read especially by allistic people so they can understand autistic struggles and to start accommodating to their needs, which is not hard, as Wharmby perfectly explains.
I can and will recommend this book, because, like I said already, I think this is really really informative and insightful and help a lot of autistic people by showing allistic people how to change their worldview to be more accomodating and accepting!
