Down We'll Come, Baby by Carrie Aarons

5.0

..I love this book for so many reasons!!!
Yes, i love second chance romance but this book is nothing like other books about second chance because it talks so much about what happens in a real marriage after a couple finds their HEA and what comes with all the family issues and the next steps, expectations and dreams as a couple wanting to fulfil their life.
I have many friends that are trying to have kids and the struggle, the disappointment, the hope and hopeless moments are always part of their daily routine and it's just too much to take at a point when depression and anxiety and just your broken heart, it's really too much for some people.
I only read two books from the author and nothing to do with such a great story like this one,a story that it may be her best, a story that will make you feel helpless and feel your heart part in million pieces for this couple and also having to go through all the hard decision that they have to overcome and surpass, it's just a big ride.
I liked that we get to read both points of view and also snippets from their past, this makes everything so much more real and reliable.
I thought that Imogen was selfish in a way because instead of trying to deal with all their problems, she wanted the divorce and went back to her rich family to look for a better career although she knew that her husband still loves her and he was suffering in the same way as her.
If you want to read a story full of angst and love after the honeymoon, this is the book for you.
A story that shows how powerful LOVE can be in our lives every single day no matter the obstacles.
