Hot damn I loved this book so much. I loved their tension, their fighting, their pining…it was perfect. I related to Kate so much more than I thought I would and if all men in the real world were like the men in a Chloe Liese book it’d be a much better place. 

I’m a weirdo who kind of loves a third-act break up because I love a little angst and some good groveling but there was no third-act break up in this book and that was ok! There was enough tension and angst at the beginning of the book that we didn’t need it and more importantly it showed how they both grew and learned to trust each other.
