After meeting Tank at her restaurant, Chef Tasha accidentally sends him a drunken Facebook relationship request. He goes along with it without missing a beat, because he was secretly feeling her too. But of course, no male professional athlete comes without some drama attached, and she has to decide if he’s worth it. A little more character depth and (lots of) editing would’ve knocked this book out of the park, but as it is, their connection felt genuine. I think I enjoyed this because I’m a FL girl, and this was definitely written from the perspective of a local.
