i really wanted to love this book.
At the beginning i actually thought this would atleast get a 4 star rating.
I love the dynamic between Joshua and Lucy but as I kept reading I found their love cringey at times..? I loved the enemies-to lovers trope but I just found the “i love you so much more smooch smooch” stuff at the ending cringey (might just be me)
To sum it up, good book, loved the character depth and development of the characters, loved all the “hating” games they played and ADORED how great the author built up tension with these games, but the ending was a bit too much for me.
