My 2018 review update is that this fully deserves 5 stars. Rereading this trilogy is going to be VERY enjoyable!

Like so many others have said, the first part of this book is GREAT! It does lose speed a few times after that, but I found that every time I started thinking it was dragging, something would happen and I would exclaim "this book is so good!" (much to the annoyance of my roomies). I have more to say, but my head is spinning a little. I can't wait for the next book!
