Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly by Anthony Bourdain
5.0
brilliant, rambunctious, and one hell of a ride, Anthony Bourdain wove together the story of kitchen and personal life in a way that made me not want to put the book down. I wish I could read it again for the first time, which in my mind is the mark of a truly exceptional book. Personally, I’m eternally grateful to AB for showing me that not only is the world not such a scary place, but if you go out and wander around for a while, you will find something extraordinary.
