I was mad at the pacing of the majority of this book until maybe the last 8th of it, when most of the events of importance occurred😒, which I slowly predicted would happen because of the pacing of the rest of the book. I can't really recommend unless you're just so invested in the series. I really am not sure why I thought this was a trilogy. I was mistaken. I hope the pacing of the next book is better. And filled with less angsty back and forth emotions from Isla
