While I can not attest to how this book might read, I can honestly say that the audiobook had me in tears more than once because it is so real. It is emotion. It is heart. And I have never had a book cut to the bone so deeply, so fully, so quickly.

These poems and this story hits like bullets and I just kept saying thank you.

I don’t know why this sat on my tbr pile for so long, so. If it is doing the same on yours then I urge you to go for it.
