I'm lucky enough to have Linda as my waitress quite often, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading her precious collection of tales, jokes and anecdotes of fine dining. I hope everyone that reads this great book gets to meet the author as well, because her personality shines all through this collection. Linda is obviously a lover of souls. Her delight in humanity shines through every page and I couldn't help laughing out loud many times while reading it!
