I really enjoy the heightened emotions of these Kindaichi mysteries - the horror is visceral and bodily! This one was quite complex with loads of different characters and strands so it was fun to puzzle out how they all tie together. Not my fave of the series but definitely solidifying Yokomizo as an author I enjoy reading!
