ok, this book had a lot going on. I read it really fast because the pacing was on fuckin point.
but heres the thing. It was like almost too much?
The twisty twist was so twisty, the otherman thing was like weird but also worked, but also didn't make a whole lot of sense to the plot.
I think the plot itself was strong, and it was interesting, i liked it a lot. But I felt that the romance could have used a little more development. It was like hate hate hate hate-sex LOVE. It was just fast, faster than it should have been IMO considering how HATEFUL the mc's were with eachother for the first half of the book.
I dunno minus a star for that cuz i didn't like that.
otherwise this was a big yes from me, im definitely going to finish the series. I am excited to see what happens with Ellie and her whole plot line, I think the next few books follow different couples, which i like because i was getting a little sick of Nicolae honestly.
