I really enjoyed this book overall. Having previously read the first book in this series, The Love Penalty, I was very excited to get Eli and Ash’s story. 

I liked the way the author told the story over dual timelines for the first part and I appreciated getting both POVs. However, I did feel at times that the jumps in time or POV happened a little too frequently.

I will definitely be continuing with this series and I’m excited to find out more about the next couple ☺️
