This was the perfect holiday read, with a gorgeous setting and characters who you really grew to love. Some characters and dialogue were not particularly believable, but they were charming all the same.
This was a very slow-burning romance, and I found the title to be a little misleading given that the prospect of a wedding wasn’t even introduced until the final 100 pages or so, but that didn’t matter too much.
The story was really easy to read, without too much drama, and I really enjoyed my time with the book. It wasn’t anything hugely special but it was perfect for a quick read whilst I was away.
