I have to admit, this book surprised me. I had a LOT of fun. It's sweet and adventurous and so funny. Like I could not stop laughing - so much was hilarious but then two pages later you'd be crying. Dead dads and brothers, extreme sadness and grief mixed with joy and fear. This is like a Eat Pray Love but in the wilderness and with a hot man who is actually not an adventure guide. The side thief/diamond plotline was SO FUN and really added a lot of momentum to the story. I really had fun with this book!
