I loveeee atmospheric ghostly middle grades that are filled with secrets. This was such a fun ride. I loved Sparrow and my heart hurt for her the entire story - she didn't deserve Auntie Geraldine's bullshit and I wished I could've hugged her. Watching her make friends and learn about the little boy ghost was emotional and the ending was so bittersweet. I just wished there could've been more to the mystery itself.
