I wanted to like this but couldn’t
It feels so rushed and dragged out at the same time

Half way into the book and she’s still with the second man who brought her to America. The writing is okay, but the storyline is a bit rough.

There’s on page details of tr@flicking and leading up to r@pe in case those are big for you, there is TW’s in the front of the book but usually I don’t read them.

Overall I DNF’d at 57%, so I guess I’ll never meet the MMC and see the HEA
