White Sand, Volume 1 by Brandon Sanderson, Rik Hoskin
3.0
i love graphic novels because they can do some much with (usually) so little space but unfortunately that wasn’t white sand’s case
pros:
- the art style is awesome
- the magic system is awesome
- interesting world
cons:
- the ending was really abrupt
- there is little depth to the characters (which is kinda expected being a graphic novel but i’ve read plenty that had great character development so...) and i’m more of a character driven reader
overall not a bad book by any means but not great either. i’ll be reading the other volumes in the future✌
